With three days to live, gambler Jake Green (Jason Statham) battles an evil mobster, played by Ray Liotta.

Director Guy Ritchie shoots his bolt with his annoying, mystical 2005 crime movie, as showy and pretentious as it is nasty, foul mouthed and violent.

Also in the cast are Vincent Pastore, André Benjamin, Terence Maynard, Andrew Howard, Francesca Annis and Mark Strong.

Co-producer Luc Besson is credited for the adaptation.
