Co-writer/ director Nick Park’s 30-minute Aardman 1995 Wallace and Gromit cartoon adventure – this time involving window-cleaners and sheep-sealers – is constantly inventive and hilarious.
It won its maker Nick Park his third Oscar for Best Short Film, Animated (after The Wrong Trousers and Creature Comforts).
Peter Sallis again provides the voice of Wallace, who this time falls for the charms of wool-shop owner Wendolene (Anne Reid), after he and Gromit clean her windows.
It is co-written by Bob Baker, shot by Dave Alex Riddett, produced by Colin Rose, Carla Shelley and Michael Rose and scored by Julian Nott.
