Lily Collins and Sam Claflin star as Rosie and Alex, who have been best friends since they were five. So they couldn’t possibly be a right fit in love for one another, could they?
Christian Cooke also stars as Greg, Jaime Winstone is Ruby, Suki Waterhouse is Bethany and Tamsin Egerton is Sally.
Director Christian Ditter expertly helms a well-played, sweet, romantic movie based on the novel Where Rainbows End by Cecelia Ahern, with a screenplay by Juliette Towhidi.
It is very nicely filmed and there’s a good cast, with the charming Collins and Claflin sharing good chemistry and making a lovely couple. It will go down well with its intended Sex and the City type female audience.
Christian Cooke’s first TV appearance was in a commercial for beef burgers. In 2015, he stars in the Iain Banks thriller TV series Stonemouth.
