Alan Bates stars as British cop Felix Detweiler, who continues to pursue suave mass murderer Mister Frost (Jeff Goldblum) when he is transferred to a French mental asylum where he turns his evil attentions to Dr Sarah Day (Kathy Baker).

Director Philippe Setbon’s 1990 Mister Frost is a weird Anglo-French serial killer chiller, with an intriguing, though muddled yarn, decent performances and a macabre sense of humour. Goldblum excels in his flashy, diabolic role.

Also in the cast are Roland Giraud, Jean-Pierre Cassel, Daniel Gélin, François Négret, Vincent Schiavelli, Maxime Leroux, Catherine Allégret, Mike Marshall, Henri Serre, Charley Boorman, Philippe Polet and Boris Bergman.
