Supervixens ** (1975, Charles Pitts, Shari Eubank, Charles Napier) – Classic Movie Review 8307

Writer-producer-director Russ Meyer assembles a bevy of big-busted lovelies (Shari Eubank, Christy Hartburg as Super Lorna, Sharon Kelly [aka Colleen Brennan] as Super Cherry, Uschi Digard as SuperSoul, Deborah McGuire as SuperEula, Haji as Super Haji) for another bout of outrageous silliness in his trashy legendary 1975 sexploitation sex comedy Supervixens.

Shari Eubank stars as Supervixen and Charles Napier co-stars as the bad cop Harry Sledge, with Charles Pitts as Clint Ramsey.

A monument to Seventies bad taste, sexploitation and big boobs, Supervixens is beyond criticism, well, no, actually it is terrible, but it could also be sexy or funny as well, depending on taste.

Meyer appears uncredited as Motel Manager #2.

In the UK the film was finally passed fully uncut by the BBFC for the 2005 Arrow DVD release.
