The 1956 American film noir crime film Time Table is produced and directed by Mark Stevens, who also stars.
Mark Stevens’s 1956 black and white film noir crime movie Time Table [Timetable] is a neat, taut and complex little thriller, in which ace insurance investigator snoop Charlie Norman (played by Mark Stevens) investigates his own train heist, though he has reckoned without ex-buddy cop Joe Armstrong (King Calder).
The star also directs and produces, and very creditably too.
It is a notable early appearance for both Felicia Farr (the wife of actor Lee Farr and then Jack Lemmon) and Jack Klugman. The screenplay is by Aben Kandel, based on an original story by Robert Angus.
Also in the cast are King Calder, Wesley Addy, Alan Reed, Marianne Stewart, Jack Klugman, and John Marley.
Timetable is directed by Mark Stevens, runs 80 minutes, is made by Mark Stevens Productions, is released by United Artists, is written by Aben Kandel, based on an original story by Robert Angus, is shot in black and white by Charles Van Enger, is produced by Mark Stevens, and scored by Walter Scharf.
Felicia Farr was born Olive Dines on 4 October 1932. She had earlier appeared (as Randy Farr) in Big House, USA (1955). Her earliest screen appearances include three Westerns directed by Delmer Daves: Jubal (1956), 3:10 to Yuma (1957) and The Last Wagon (1956).
