What’s the Worst That Could Happen? This is! Martin Lawrence stars in director Sam Weisman’s 2002 crime comedy thriller as a burglar who vows revenge on the billionaire (Danny DeVito) who shopped him to the police and stole his lucky ring his girlfriend gave him, as well.

When Lawrence’s thief Kevin Caffery tries to rob the home of rich businessman Max Fairbanks, the latter catches him and steals his cherished ring. Caffery wants revenge and his ring back.

Director Sam Weisman’s spectacularly unfunny 2002 flop comedy is a total misfire. Poorly written by Matthew Chapman, this is a useless effort completely wasting the first-rate cast of funny actors and Donald E Westlake’s source novel.

Also in the cast are John Leguizamo, Glenne Headly, Carmen Eiogo, Bernie Mac, Larry Miller, Nora Dunn, William Fichtner, Richard Schiff, Ana Gaesteyer, Sascha Knopf, Siobhan Fallon and Lenny Clarke.
